Pluricit\u00e9 was created in 2004, in the Lyon area. Its origin is the group’s DNA: Thibaut Desjonqu\u00e8res, an economic researcher (LSE) and Paul Garcia, manager of a structure for integration through economic reinsertion structure in Vaulx-Velin, created Pluricit\u00e9 after several years of supporting people who were far from employment in companies. Over the years, Pluricit\u00e9 has established itself as a pragmatic consulting firm in the fields of evaluation and management of social, territorial and employment policies. From encounter to opportunities, Pluricit\u00e9 has been enriched by new skills that have expanded the range of services and thematic expertise.<\/p>

These skills have been assimilated and developed by improving governance and by building up strong centres of expertise. Pluricit\u00e9 is involved in various experiments, both social and technological, as illustrated in our fab lab. Digital innovation has led to several online services and platforms created or maintained by Pluricit\u00e9 as \u201cside products\u201d of our consultancy activity.<\/li>

Confidence in collective intelligence and benevolence<\/strong>: Since its origin, Pluricit\u00e9 has been attentive to stakeholder\u2019s association and devotes a significant part of its work to listening to audiences and echoing faint voices. This position is based on practices developed by our R&D (Anim’Acteur, training, scribing, etc.).<\/li>

Lessons learned :<\/strong> Pluricit\u00e9 devotes significant resources to capitalize on the lessons learned from our works (teaching, collaborations with researchers and research laboratories, recruitment of PhDs and PhD students, participation in collective intelligence networks such as the SFE, publication in journals and communications, etc.).<\/li>
